  Thank Gosh I am blessed for having good genes and grown up Brazil where we have a very healthy and organic alimentation and way of life so I don't really do diet but trying to keep active and shape

  I ten to always push my self to do best of everything in life... It's not always a fairy tale but there are so many positive things and people who shares the same good and simple this in life that makes me happy and I try to focus in that direction.... kindness respect and politeness...
• Que faites-vous pour vous amuser?
  I love catching up with friends, Travelling often around the world... gym and so on...

  Become a father of 2 kids very early when I was still a teenager I think has changed everything... Nowadays that experience keep dynamically changing passing time in a positive way as my son is 19 years old and we look very much alike! So the greatest experiencia it's STILL ON.
