I don't! My lifestyle is active enough to keep me in shape in spite of not attending a gym for 10 years.

I have recently got into more regular yoga/meditation practice to help balance my physical health and mental/emotional wellbeing.

I tend to cook whole, unprocessed seasonal foods. I don't limit animal fats but I do try to be mindful about my sugar/transfat intake.

Im an outdoorsy kind of guy. I can't get enough nature time especially at the beach or other places close to water. I love playing in the waves, jumping off waterfalls and exploring nature with playful curiosity.

Im also a creatively expressive person. I like making music, dressing up in colourful outfits and attending doofs and alt music/alt living festivals.

I live an 'alternative' that defines my earthy, hippy-farmer country-boy character. After years of working in farming and food sovereignty activism I am now a community activist living in a radical queer community.

I am driven more by internal values like happiness, connection, and creative expression, than external values like status or money.
