*MOST memorable moment on year one: Last day breakfast, nobody in our group had enough to make their own breakfast so all 8 of us pooled our resources and make an amazing meal, then sat together and BONDED sharing stories of our week.

I embrace life's dichotomies; When seemingly opposing views coincide harmoniously. I've often said that I'm a Psychology Major without ever having taken a psychology class. It's innate in who I am. I like to understand, be curious and ask "What makes people tick?". I balance that with times where you just don't try to figure things out, you just accept it. One great example is around fetishes and likes or dislikes. Sometimes in instances where nobody is being hurt or harmed: "There are some things that turn you on you just can't explain. You just just go with it"

All my life I wanted to travel the world. Now I'm doing it. The many and diverse cultures of the World fascinate me. I travel an average of 50-60% of the time. I love the adventure.

Honesty. Integrity. Down to earth. Genuine. Real, Fun and Service-oriented from the inside out. I am fully present. I've chosen the Adult Industries as an expression of myself, not just something I do.
Quel régime alimentaire et de remise en forme suivez-vous?
Have sex every day! Haha but true. The key is to realize that no two bodies are alike. Work with what you've got. Create your own version of that which you want to emulate. I started with a skinny body but as I put on muscle it now requires consistent focus to stay ripped. Having said that I do eat healthy on a daily basis. Lots of proteins rice vegetables greens. I rarely eat breads. Now don't get me wrong; I'm far from perfect! It's just that the larger balance of my meals are healthy.
EXERCISE : Work out every day. Do ab exercises every day. When I say "every day" I allow that some days my schedule wont allow me to go to the gym. I average 25-26 days per month. A helpful mindset about exercise: "What time am I going to the gym today?" (not "Am I going to the gym today?") DAY 1: CHest/Abs. DAY 2: Arms/Shoulders/Abs. DAY 3: Legs/Butt/Abs. I do my back exercises at least once a week, I allow myself to move this around. Consistency consistency consistency. Do it for good health abd energy for long term results. Doing it for good looks usually gets you seasonal results. I do it for BOTH. OH! And get a good trainer. That was a HUGE turning point for me -learning good form.

THE THRILL OF THE LOOK IN MY CLIENTS' EYES WHEN I ROCK THEIR WORLD/INTRUDUCE THEM TO SOMETHING NEW THEY HAVEE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.
